Configure Geotab drivers
The Geotab user accounts of all drivers who will use the Get Geotab data Action button must have one of the following security clearances:
- Default user PLUS the List Users/Drivers feature access.
- or Drive App user PLUS the List Users/Drivers feature access.

Configure doForms Web users
Every Geotab user who will access the Map or Trips History add-ins in MyGeotab must have a doForms Web user with a matching email address.
Configure doForms Mobile users
There are two approaches to match the data collected in the doForms mobile app with a vehicle tracked in Geotab so it can be displayed in the Map or Trips History add-ins:
- Assign the doForms mobile user to a single Geotab vehicle. Use this approach when the doForms mobile device is mounted in the vehicle, or the doForms mobile device is always used in the same vehicle.
- Match the doForms mobile user and Geotab driver on email address. Use this approach when the doForms mobile device is assigned to a person (Geotab driver) and the driver is assigned to a vehicle in Geotab.
Note that this step is not required if only the Get Geotab data Action is used.
Assign the doForms mobile user to a single Geotab vehicle

Edit the mobile user and click Edit next to Geotab vehicle:
Log in to Geotab if necessary and then select a vehicle:
Match the doForms mobile user and Geotab driver on email address
Every doForms Mobile user who will collect data that should be matched to a Geotab driver in the Map or Trips History add-ins in MyGeotab must have the email address field populated in the user setup to match the email of the Geotab driver:
