WorkFORCE requires a Standard, Advanced or Premium license.
doForms WorkFORCE is a doForms web portal that provides a suite of contemporary features well suited to managing a labor force. WorkFORCE is accessible at workforce.doforms.com.
Note: The WorkFORCE portal and mydoforms.com contain the same forms, lookups, and submissions data. Web users are also uniform across both platforms.

Enabling WorkFORCE
WorkFORCE can be enabled by logging into mydoforms.com and navigating to Manage>Web>Settings. At the bottom of the web settings page, check “Workforce (workforce.doforms.com)” and click “Save” at the top left of the page.
Navigation

When first logging into workforce.doforms.com, you are greeted with seven tabs at the top of the screen and six icons on the right side of the screen. These tabs and icons are the best way to quickly navigate around the various WorkFORCE pages and settings.
An explanation of each tab is below:
- Devices: page where a list of your devices can be viewed, as well as the data, activity and map data of said devices. This page also allows for forms to be dispatched to a specific device.
- Forms: page where a list of your forms can be viewed, as well as the data and map data from said forms. This page also allows for filling out and dispatching of forms, directly from the list.
- Activity: page where all activity from your organization can be viewed, filtered, charted, and exported.
- Lookups: page where forms placed in the lookups project can be viewed. Forms in the lookups project can also be submitted from this page.
- Views: page where custom data views can be created and used.
- Reports: page where reports that are scheduled to be sent to your web user’s email address can be viewed.
The function(s) of each icon are detailed below:

Show menu items: displays what menus your web user has access to. Menus are customizable pages that can display a plethora of different items.

Menu manager: navigates a user to the custom menu builder that allows users with access to create and edit menus.

Help: expands a list of workforce manager help documentation.

Videos: opens the doForms video library.

Support: used to open a support ticket or chat with doForms support.

Applications: easy navigation to the mydoforms.com form builder or report builder.

Settings: easy navigation to mydoforms.com and doforms.com web pages.
