Hover over a form name and select an action:

 Add a submission of the form.

 Send the form as a dispatch to a device.

View data for the form. Data includes both dispatches and submissions.

 Map GPS information captured by the form.

Note: Your Forms tab may have a different name (e.g. Library, Charts).
