doForms provides a form Template Library from which you can select forms that can be used directly in your projects. Or you can use these template forms as starting points for further customization to meet your specific requirements. The Template Library contains hundreds of forms designed for a broad range of industries.

Using a Template

To access the Forms Library, go to Build Forms and click Template. The template library dialog will be displayed. Select an industry, or search by keyword. Click the form name to preview. When you have found a form, check the box next to the form name and click Add selected forms to my account.
