The Video tool allows the user to insert a video clip into a mobile form in one of two ways:

Use their mobile device's camera to record a new video clip and insert it into the form (mobile users only). The format of the video file will depend on the mobile device that captures it.
Insert an existing video clip that is stored on their desktop/laptop into the form (web client users only). Compatible video formats include: 3gp, avi, flv, mov, mp4, mpg, rm, swf, wmv, 3g2, asf, asx, and vob.

The maximum video size is 30MB.

To view submitted videos, view the submitted form record in the View Data tab, and then click the View link for the appropriate Video field (highlighted in red, below). You will be given the option of opening the video in a media viewer, or saving the video to a local drive.
