Add Mobile Units


This action can only be performed by an account administrator.

Follow these steps to add/connect a mobile device to your account.

  1. Click the Manage tab and select Mobile Units
  2. In any available row, click the Row Menu (down arrow that begins each row)
  3. Select Edit
  4. Enter a 10 to 20-digit Mobile Unit Number
  5. Enter a 4-digit PIN
  6. Enter a Nickname (optional)
  7. Enter a Notification Email (optional)
  8. Enter a Mobile Group (optional)
  9. Be sure to click Save when done

You will need to enter this Mobile Unit Number and PIN when setting up doForms on the mobile device that will “connect” to this slot.
