Open a map
- Team map
- Hover over a team name and click Map.
- Device map
- Hover over a device name and click Map.
- Form map
- Hover over a form name and click Map.
- Record map
- In data, open the action menu and select Map.
Each map is filtered by date, and can also be filtered by status.
Detail map items display as one pin and one grid row for each event. Multiple item types can be combined on a single map:
Devices - The last reported location of each device in the group.
- Team map only.
- If the last reported location does not match the date filter, it will not be shown.
Tracking - All GPS tracks captured.
Geofence - All Enter and Exit events of geofences monitored by the device.
Dispatch - All dispatch status changes (Received, Completed, etc.)
Timesheet - One row for each timesheet event.
Form - All GPS Location questions captured in a form.
Report map items combine multiple related events into a single grid row with a begin and end date. The date filter applies to the begin date.
Trip - One row for each trip, containing all GPS tracks captured while moving.
Stop - One row for each stop.
Geofence - One row for each period of time spent inside a geofence.
Timesheet - One row for each pair of related timesheet events (e.g. On duty + Off duty).
Dispatch (coming soon!) - One row that groups all status changes from a dispatch.
Form (coming soon!) - One row that groups all GPS Locations captured in a form submission.
Add landmarks to the map.
Center and zoom the map to display all items.
Refresh the items on the map.
Find the device closest to an address (Team map only).
Animate all the mapped items by date.
If My profile > Auto refresh is set to On, the following items will be automatically updated on the map as they are received:
Mapping is available with Advanced or Premium.
