Manage > General > Account variables is where account variables can be set, for later use in form automation. Use a Calculation action to access them. For example, they can be used to set a company name across all forms, while not having to update every form if the company's name changes.
Note: The Manage tab is available to users with Manage or Admin privileges only. Be sure to click Save at the top left of the page to save any changes.
Account variables are available with a Premium plan.
Variables available to set are:
- Company name
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip code
- Phone number
- Fax number
- Website
- License number
- Tag line
- Mileage rate
- Default tax rate
- Using payment (checkbox)
- Using printer (checkbox)
- Account variable 1
- Account variable 2
