There are several ways to contact doForms support:
Send an email to support
This is the best choice when reporting a problem that may require follow up.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Chat with support
This is the best choice when you have a question or need help with your account.
You can chat with support in two ways:
- Log in to your mydoforms.com account and click Chat in the menu bar.
- Go to doforms.com and click the Chat with doForms! link in the lower right corner.
Send logs from the doForms app
This is required when you have experienced a problem in the doForms app.
Select Settings > Support > Send support log.
Please include as detailed a description as possible.
Note: doForms support will not contact you directly after you send logs. If you need follow up or have additional information about the problem, please send an email to email@example.com and include the mobile number of the device you used to send logs.
