If Multi Factor Authentication for devices is turned on, the MFA device ID must be cleared before a different device can connect to a license.
- Select Manage > Mobile app > Users.
- Select Edit on the action menu for the license to edit.
- Select and delete the full value in the MFA device ID field.
- Click Save
In some cases, upgrading the device operating system, or uninstalling and reinstalling the doForms app can cause the device ID used by the device to change. If this happens, the device will be unable to connect to doForms until the MFA device ID is cleared.
