If you already use Microsoft 365 or another business service from Microsoft, your doForms web users can use their Microsoft account to log in to mydoforms.
Setup
Single Sign On (SSO) is available with doForms Premium.
The administrator of your doForms account must first connect your doForms account to your organization (tenant) in Microsoft.

- Sign in to mydoforms as the doForms account administrator.
- Navigate to Manage > General > Advanced security.
- Click Sign in with Microsoft:
- Authenticate with your Microsoft account.
- If the "Consent on behalf of your organization" option is available:
- Check the "Consent on behalf of your organization" option.
- Click Accept.
- If the "Consent on behalf of your organization" option is not available:
- Click Accept.
- Request that the administrator of your Microsoft organization follow these directions to grant consent: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/grant-admin-consent?pivots=portal
Using Single Sign On
Every user must have a web user license with an email address that matches the email address used to sign in with Microsoft.
To log in with Microsoft, click the Sign in with Microsoft button on the mydoforms login page.
Errors
[ ] was authenticated by Microsoft, but no doForms account is linked to Microsoft tenant [ ].
Your doForms account administrator must use the Advanced security page to activate the use of
Microsoft Single Sign On.
Request that your doForms account administrator follow the instructions in the Setup portion of this article.
[ ] was not found in a doForms account linked to Microsoft tenant [ ].
A doForms account is linked to the Microsoft organization (tenant) you authenticated with, but no web user with an email address that matches your email address has been set up in the doForms account. Request that your doForms administrator add your email address as a web user.
[ ] can not activate Microsoft Sign On for account [ ].
Your doForms account administrator must use the Advanced Security page
to activate Microsoft Single Sign On.
Only a doForms account administrator can activate Sign in with Microsoft. Request that your doForms account administrator follow the instructions in the Setup portion of this article.
Microsoft Sign On is not enabled for account [ ].
Please contact doForms sales to upgrade your account.
Contact doForms sales to upgrade your account to Premium in order to use Sign in with Microsoft.
[ ] is already logged in to account [ ]
but Microsoft Sign On is already activated for a Microsoft tenant other than [ ].
Your doForms account is already linked to a Microsoft organization (tenant) that is different than the tenant you are currently attempting to link to doForms. If you wish to switch tenants, request that your doForms administrator navigate to Manage General Advanced security, and click the Disconnect from Microsoft button. Then follow the instructions in the Setup portion of this article.
[ ] can't log in while user [ ] is logged in.
Please log out of doForms first.
A different doForms user than the one that just signed in with Microsoft is already logged in to doForms. Log out of doForms and try again.
