Action button

viewavatar.svg CO-6916 adds Inspect with ClearQuote action.

Launch ClearQuote AI powered vehicle inspection from doForms and update the doForms form with data from ClearQuote.

  • Inspect with ClearQuote: Inspect using ClearQuote AI powered vehicle inspection.
    • Send to ClearQuote
      • Registration number: The license plate number of the vehicle to inspect.
    • Returned from ClearQuote
      • Message: "Inspection Completed" if the inspection was successful, otherwise an error message.
      • Registration number: The license plate number of the vehicle that was inspected.
      • Quote ID: The ID of the inspection.
      • Public URL: The URL of the public results of the inspection.

    Note: The inspection analysis in ClearQuote may not be complete yet when the user returns to the doForms app.

    Available on Android.

Container summary

viewavatar.svg CO-6912 adds filter option to Container summary.

Filter: Add a filter to limit which rows display in the container summary.

Date/Time

viewavatar.svg CO-6861 adds option to enter Date/Time values with keyboard.

Keyboard only (no picker): Use the keyboard to enter the Date/Time value instead of using a graphical Date/Time picker.

  • Use the Advanced format option to control what the user must type to enter a Date/Time.
  • If no Advanced format option is set, these default formats will be used:
    • Date: MM/dd/yyyy
    • Time: hh:mm aa
    • Date/Time: MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm aa

Mobile app

viewavatar.svg CO-6940 adds the ability to open a specific form when launching the doForms native iOS and Android apps using a URL scheme.

Use the following information to launch the doForms app from another app:

The URL Scheme for both Android and iOS apps is

doforms://

To open a specific form in a project, use this URL:

doforms://openForm?project={projectKey}&form={formKey}

The Android package code is

com.mdt.doforms.android

Review

  • Show Incomplete tab: Adds the list of Incomplete forms to the Review tab.
  • Show Complete tab: Adds the list of Complete forms to the Review tab.
    • Allow open of complete forms: Allow the user to open forms that have been completed.
  • Show Sent tab: Adds the list of Sent forms to the Review tab.
    • Clear auto-stamp questions when sent forms are opened: Clears auto-stamped answers such as dates when a form that was previously sent is opened from the sent tab.
    • Purge sent forms schedule: Empties the Sent tab based upon a specified time frame.

Menu

  • Remove save option from menu: Don't allow the user to save (as incomplete or complete) using the built in menu.
    • Remove Save as incomplete from menu: Don't allow the user to save as incomplete using the built in menu.
    • Remove Save as complete from menu: Don't allow the user to save as complete using the built in menu.
  • Remove save and send option from menu: Don't allow the user to submit a form using the built in menu.
  • Remove pages option from menu: Don't allow the user to change pages using the built in menu.
