To launch the Driver app from doForms:

1. Add an Action button to your form
2. Select 'Open program' as the Action
3. Select 'Driver' in the Android app dropdown

4. Paste the following value in the iOS app URL scheme box:

   http://drivertechnologies.com/actions/
