The My account tab is available to users with Account manager rights.
- Update Contact Information: Use this to update the Administrator contact information for your doForms account. Administrator email and password can be changed in this menu. Note that these changes may take up to 72 hours.
- Update Billing Information: Use this to update the credit card billing address information for your doForms account. Note that these changes may take up to 72 hours.
- Change plan: Change what type of plan your account has. Allows for dynamic upgrading and downgrading, depending on what plan is currently in use.
- Add licenses: Add additional licenses to your account. Choose a number of licenses to add, and a billing frequency, either monthly or yearly.
- Remove licenses: Allows for removal of licenses, and closure of an account. Displays number of licenses used by mobile and web users, and licenses available to remove. A license is available to remove if it is not used by a mobile or web user. To remove all licenses and close your account, click the "Click here to remove all web and mobile licenses and close your account" button. Please be sure that you export any data that you wish to save before closing your account. Your data will be deleted from our servers after 30 days. If you wish to cancel closing your account, you may do so within 30 days by contacting us at support@doForms.com.
- Add credits: Purchase credits for use with features that require them, such as Form links. Credits can be purchased in packages of 100, 500, 1000, or 5000. To purchase credits, select a credit package and a desired quantity of packages to purchase. Additionally, you can choose if you want to automatically replenish credits when they run out.
