To send a Sync & Save job configuration to support, please follow these steps:

1. Select the job and click Export
   
   
   
   
2. Choose a location to save the job configuration file:
   
   
   
   
3. When the configuration file is saved, a confirmation dialog will be displayed:
   
   
   
   
4. Attach the file to an email and send the email to the doForms person who requested it:
