Submissions: Exporting A Specific Date Range

You can export a specific date range of submissions by using the Format tab of a job.

Select the date range you wish to export, and then click the Run button.

Sync & Save does not keep track of which submissions have been exported using this method.

  • Date ranges are not inclusive and always use the start of the day for the time component.
    • The example above requests submissions received between 3/16/2014 12:00 AM and 3/22/2014 12:00 AM.
    • This means that no submissions received on 3/22/2014 will be included in the results.

  • The controlling date is the date the submission was received on the doForms server, not the date the submission was created on the device.
    • The Date_Created field of a submission contains the UTC value of this date.

  • The request is made in the local time zone of the machine running Sync & Save.
    • The Date_Created_Local field of a submission contains the value of Date_Created converted to the local time zone of the device that created the submission.
