- Expense: Account ‡* - Required in order to add an Expense line to the Bill. If this field is not populated all other Expense fields will be ignored.
- Item: Item ‡* - Required in order to add an Item line to the Bill. If this field is not populated all other Item fields will be ignored.
- At least one Item or Expense line must be added to the Bill.
Serial and Lot Numbers
- If the Item: Serial Number field is populated, the Item: Lot Number field will be ignored.
Paying By Check
- If the Check: Bank Account ‡ field is populated, a Check will be produced to pay the complete Bill.
- If the Check: To Be Printed field is populated, the Check: Reference Number field will be ignored.
Paying By Credit Card
- If the CC: Account ‡ field is populated, a Credit Card charge will be produced to pay the complete Bill (as long as a Check has not already been produced).
