When exporting Time Entries to QuickBooks you may receive an error that contains the following:

• Status Code: 3310

This error indicates that the QuickBooks employee is not configured to use Time Entry data for payroll.

To resolve this issue, edit the employee record in QuickBooks, and under Payroll Info, check the "Use time data to create paychecks" option.
