You may receive this error if the machine running Sync & Save has trouble connecting to the internet. Verify that the machine can browse the internet by opening appspot.com. This should take you to a Google login page or a page with information about Google App Engine.
If the machine can browse successfully, but you continue to receive the error, please notify doForms support.
