Error: QuickBooks Connection: This application requires Single User file access mode and there is already another application sharing data with this QuickBooks company data file.

If QuickBooks is not running, and there is no other application that you expect to be connecting to QuickBooks, you may need to end the QuickBooks process. Open task manager and find the QBW32.EXE process. Highlight it and click End Process.
